If you receive your order and have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery and we will happily provide return labels and exchanges / adjustments free of charge.

Inquiries received later than 7 days from confirmed delivery are subject to an adjustment fee.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY SUIT DOESN'T FIT?

If you receive your PIKAI order and it is not to your satisfaction please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We are unable to offer refunds on orders placed online or in store.

If you receive your suit and it is not to your satisfaction please contact us for an exchange.

Customers looking for alterations or adjustments are responsible for the return postage.

Please send back the original suit as well as notes on any adjustments that need to be made.

Including a picture of yourself wearing the suit for reference is helpful, but not necessary.
