What do I do if my suit doesn't fit?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive your PIKAI order and it is not to your satisfaction please reach out within 7 days of confirmed delivery. 

What is your refund policy?

We are unable to offer refunds on orders placed online or in store. If you receive your suit and it is not to your satisfaction please contact us for an exchange. Customers looking for alterations or adjustments are responsible for the return postage.

What should I include in this return package? 

Please send back the original suit as well as notes on any adjustments that need to be made. If you feel comfortable you can include a picture of yourself wearing the suit for reference, but this is not necessary.
